Carried out on behalf of Owners prior to acquiring a Vessel to assess its condition & determine its market value. To identify Vessel defects and the costs to rectify them, so that there are no unexpected surprise costs after hand-over of the Vessel.

To carry out comprehensive Vessel inspections to assess the physical state, safety, and operational readiness of a ship, on behalf of Owners, Charterers, Insurers, Banks and regulatory bodies, to ensure compliance with maritime standards and to identify potential risks.

Carried out on behalf of Owners or Charterers to determine Vessel’s condition prior to commencing a bareboat charter or after completion of the bareboat charter, to ensure that there are no disputes thereafter.

• Prepare drydock specifications and schedules.
• Obtain quotes and select the drydock facility.
• Coordinate jobs with shipyard, contractors & Class Surveyors.
• Monitor the work progress, while resolving any technical issues that may arise.
